1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the OBLAVA mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by JSC "SAYENKO KHARENKO". By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

OBLAVA is an emergency legal and security assistance service that provides:

  • 24/7 access to qualified lawyers from Sayenko Kharenko
  • Emergency security services from SK Security
  • Immediate response in crisis situations
  • Legal consultation and representation

3. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

3.1. Registration Requirements

  • Users must be at least 16 years old
  • Users aged 16-18 require parental or guardian consent
  • Valid phone number and email address required
  • Accurate personal information must be provided

3.2. Account Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Passwords must be kept confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. USAGE RULES

4.1. Permitted Use

  • Use the App only for legitimate legal emergencies
  • Provide accurate information during service requests
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the rights of other users and service providers

4.2. Prohibited Activities

  • Making false emergency calls or providing false information
  • Using the service for illegal activities
  • Harassment or abuse of service providers
  • Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the App

5. EMERGENCY CALL CONDITIONS

Emergency services are available for:

  • Police detention or investigation
  • Business premises searches
  • Legal threats or disputes
  • Any situation requiring immediate legal assistance

6. LEGAL SERVICES

  • Legal consultation and advice
  • Representation during investigations
  • Document preparation and review
  • Court representation when necessary

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

All communications and information shared through the App are subject to attorney-client privilege and professional confidentiality standards.

8. LIABILITY

8.1. Service Limitations

  • Response times may vary based on circumstances
  • Service availability depends on location and local conditions
  • We cannot guarantee specific legal outcomes

8.2. User Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate information
  • Users must comply with legal advice and instructions
  • Users bear responsibility for their actions during emergencies

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by JSC "SAYENKO KHARENKO" and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

This agreement may be terminated:

  • By the user at any time by deleting the App
  • By us for violation of these Terms
  • By mutual agreement

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes 30 days in advance through the App or email.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations
  • Mediation if negotiations fail
  • Ukrainian courts as the final resort

14. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law
  • Any invalid provisions do not affect the validity of remaining Terms
  • The English version of these Terms is provided for convenience; the Ukrainian version shall prevail in case of discrepancies
